CCN Cleaning and Calibration

The complete CCN Cleaning and Calibration includes the following:

Incoming unit evaluation and calibration check (if unit is functional)
OPC cleaning and calibration
Bisque visual inspection and disinfection
Temperature readings and set-point calibrations
Nafion membrane replacement
Sheath flow filter replacement
Sample manifold and sample capillary cleaning
Flow and pressure calibration
DMA comparison and temperature versus SS% calibration
100% unit functionality test (data ports, Ethernet, etc.)
Computer battery replacement

The customer receives copies of the calibration data and report.
DMT technicians check and verify the CCN in for service in a similar manner in which they verify a new CCN.
